Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) System

The DONGMAO Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) system is a high-efficiency solid-liquid and oil-water separation solution for industrial and municipal wastewater treatment. By generating micro-bubbles (30-50μm), it rapidly lifts suspended solids, oils, and grease to the surface for automatic skimming removal.

Key Advantages: Achieves up to 97% TSS removal with crystal-clear effluent. SUS304/316L stainless steel construction with corrosion resistance. Integrated skid-mounted design for plug-and-play installation. Fully automatic PLC touch-screen control with unmanned operation. Dissolved air efficiency above 90% with non-clogging release heads.
