1. DAF OVERVIEW
YW series Dissolved Air Flotation is mainly for solid-liquid or liquid-liquid separation.Large sum of micro bubbles produced by dissolving and releasing system adhere to solid or liquid particles with same density as waste water to make the whole float to the surface thus achieve the aim of solid-liquid or liquid-liquid separation.
2. ADVANTAGE

4. WORK PRINCIPLE
The air will be send by dissolved air pump( air liquid mixing pump) into air tank, then take in air dissolved tank by jet flow device, the air will be force to dissolve into water under 0.35Mpa pressure and forming dissolved air water, then send to air flotation tank.Under the circumstance of sudden release, the air dissolved in water will be dissolve out and form vast microbubble group, which will be fully contact the flocculating suspended matter in sewage, the suspended matter was sent by pump and flocculation after adding flocculant, the ascending microbubble group will adsorb in the flocculated suspended matter, made its density reduce and floated to water surface, thus reach the purpose of removing SS and CODcr etc.
5. DAF APPLICATION
1.Separation of oily(including emulsified) wastewater from petroleum, chemical and mechanical processes.2.Recovery of sewage organic matter.(such as recovery of pulp fibers and fillers from paper mill wastewater).3.Treatment of wastewater with high chroma and low dissolved oxygen.Such as textile printing and dyeing wastewater treatment .4.Treatment of oxide-rich wastewater containing algae.5.Treatment of low temperature and low turbidity sewage.6.Replace secondary sedimentation tank, suitable for the situation that is easy to produce sludge swelling;It is suitable for the concentration of residual activated sludge and convenient for the treatment of filter press.
