Product Description

The application of soluble gas-floating sewage treatment equipment to water supply and drainage and wastewater treatment can effectively remove the flocs that are difficult to precipitate in wastewater.

The working principle is that air is pumped into the pressure-soluble gas tank, forced to dissolve in water at 0.3-0.4Mpa pressure, in the case of sudden release, dissolved in the water air precipitated, forming a large number of dense microbubbles, in the slow rise process to adsorption suspended matter, so that the suspension density drops and floats, to remove SS and CODcr purposes.

The total content of heavy metal ions such as zinc, copper and lead in electroplating wastewater is below 50PPM, and the removal rate can be above 70%.

The color removal rate of printing and dyeing wastewater is about 90%, COD removal rate is about 60-70%, and BOD removal rate is about 50%.

The COD removal rate of food slaughter and tanning wastewater is about 70%, and the removal rate of suspended solids is about 90%.

The grease of refining wastewater can be reduced to less than 10 mg/L, and the wastewater can be clarified to the extent that it can be clarified.

Chemical wastewater and fuel paint,COD removal rate of 74%, color removal rate of about 93%.

The fiber recovery rate of paper white water can reach about 95%, COD removal rate is about 86.7%, and the water is fully reused.
