Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) System
The DONGMAO Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) system is a high-efficiency solid-liquid and oil-water separation solution for industrial and municipal wastewater treatment. By generating dense micro-bubbles (30-50μm) through a pressurized air dissolution and release mechanism, it rapidly lifts suspended solids, oils, and grease to the surface for automatic skimming removal by a top-mounted sludge scraper.
Key Advantages: Achieves up to 97% TSS removal and 95% oil/grease reduction with crystal-clear effluent. SUS304/316L stainless steel construction ensures corrosion resistance in chemical and saline environments. Integrated skid-mounted design for plug-and-play installation without civil works. Fully automatic PLC touch-screen control enables unmanned 24/7 operation with adjustable bubble generation rate.
